Instructions
Step up and put a weighted medicine ball between your feet, hang from the pull up bar with the ball is freely hanging, and while keeping your legs straight move them vertically as high as you can.

Banded Cross Chop with Press Out
Instructions
Attach a light to medium band to a sturdy bar at shoulder height and step about 3-4 feet away while keeping the band at shoulder height. For cross chop - bring arms across your body and rotate from left to right then switch sides For press out - bring the band to the center of your sternum and punch straight out while keeping both hands on the band

Reverse Crunch Flagpole
Instructions
Lay flat on the ground with your head a couple inches away from a vertical bar, reach both hands back to hold for stability, raise your legs perpendicular to your body and shoot your hips into the air, slowly release and lower to the ground.

Instructions
Enter low plank position, move 2-4 steps back and then 2-4 steps forward while staying in a low plank position. That is one rep.
